Important Details

• Long term stays allowed.
• All Lofts (Skylark, Roadster, Coupe & Century Eight) other than Aero Dynamic are allowed a maximum of four (4) guests.
• The maximum number of guests for Aero Dynamic is five (5).
• The minimum age for the primary renter is twenty-five (25).
• No parties or events are allowed. Small gatherings of ten (10) individuals per loft are permitted.
• No pets other than service animals.
• Children and infants are permitted. Portable crib available upon request.
• No smoking anywhere in any of the Lofts or second floor hallway and stairs. Smoking is permitted outside and on the private balconies of Century Eight and Aero Dynamic 7.
• No open flames of any type are allowed in any Loft.

Cancellation Policy:

1. 100% refund up to 14 days before arrival
2. 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival
